Goose Vargis

Goose Vargis is an edgy, melodic three piece rock band, that has captivated the Seattle music scene. Turning heads with their unique style and addictive music as they fuse classic and punk rock with a modern, alternative flavor.
Goose Vargis has received airplay on many radio stations in the Seattle area such as KAOS, and 88.1 THE BURG, plus internet stations like The Edge Radio. They have also had their songs used on MEDIA 253's nationwide DVD and SP PRODUCTIONS compilation CD, HOUSE BLENDS, featuring Northwest bands. The band has been featured internationally by IRL MUSIC and SOLARISE RECORDS. They've played many notable venues from The Showbox to The Central, The West Seattle Summerfest, The Bicycle Music Festival, developing a vast, loyal following eager for more of the potent music.
Goose Vargis released their Third album titled: MIND MELTDOWN EUPHORIA. The album features 14 tracks to feast on, including a drum solo and guitar instrumental. The album touches on many different genres of rock.
Steve and Jeff Delissio formed the band 8 years ago. The band has been compared to The Police and Wolfmother, the line-up features:
STEVE DELISSIO: on guitar and lead vocals. His guitar style is melodic and aggressive, combining rhythm and lead into one. He studied classical guitar in college and his influences include Eric Clapton and Eddie Van Halen. Steve has trained vocally with the prominent Susan Carr, who has trained many Grammy Nominated singer's, notably Layne Staley of Alice in Chains. His vocals are strong, deep and blaring.
JEFF DELISSIO: on drums and vocals. Inspired by two of rocks most legendary drummers, Carl Palmer and Ginger Baker; Jeff has crafted a unique style bringing the drums to the forefront with outstanding chops and technique. He formed Goose Vargis with Steve after playing in Road Dog, a successful east coast band.
L.C. HOLLOWAY: on bass and backing vocals. The newest edition, L.C. brings an intricate and melodic bass style, along with soaring and powerful backing vocals that have brought a new persona and dimension to songs, as backing vocals and melody lines have been wriiten into old and new songs. L.C. has been on the Seattle scene for years as a successful singer/songwriter.
Goose Vargis boasts over 35 original songs and many covers in their repertoire. Their goal as a band is not to be pigeonholed into one style or format of music. They want to bring a focus to good songwriting and solid instrument play. They were named after a famous explorer of the 1500's, because they enjoy taking chances musically and being on the edge
 

Surrounded By Breakers

Surrounded By Breakers is Joe Cassese, Nick Cassese, and Sam Larson. We are based out of Seattle and formed in September 2007.

SBB completed their debut album in fall of 2008 and is currently working on a follow up EP to be released in the summer of 2012 . Tim Wielgus, ex-guitarist of Maverick Records' recording artist Innercourse, recorded, mixed and produced the debut album. Tim's back for the EP producing and lending his mastery once more.

Joe and Nick are embarking on their first project since their award winning Central California band Two A Day ended its five-year run in 2006 while Sam played most recently with his nationally touring band Honey Tongue. These veteran musicians have played hundreds of shows through the years and have played or toured with Pete Yorn, The Mad Caddies, Jack Johnson, Agent Orange, Karl Alvarez, Bobby Bare Jr., Dada, Goodness, The Radiators, Gruntruck and others across the world. They met through mutual friends and discovered they had similar circumstances, influences and experiences.

Surrounded by Breakers are currently booking shows in the Northwest.
